PROMOTION PERIOD 1

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS

1.        
Instructions on how to enter and the prizes(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.        
Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents.

3.        
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

4.        
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (as defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

5.        
This promotion will be conducted in participating stores (as listed below) in
Australia or New Zealand that stock Hot Wheels products and display material advertising this promotion (each a “Participating Store”). The promotion will open and close in each jurisdiction during the following periods (each a “Promotion Period”):

Australia
(Target Stores):

• Entries open on 02/03/2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 15/03/2026.

New
Zealand (Farmers Stores):

• Entries open on 02/03/2026 and close at 11:59pm NZDT on 15/03/2026.

6.         
To be eligible to enter, entrants must spend AUD$30 or more in a single transaction on any Hot Wheels product/s at an Australian Participating Store, or NZD$30 on any Hot Wheels product/s at a New Zealand Participating Store during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Purchases made online at a Participating Store’s official online store will also be deemed acceptable for the purposes of this promotion.

To enter, entrants must then during the Promotion Period visit https://shop.mattel.com.au/pages/hotwheelscollectorprogram, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including full name, residential address, phone number, age, valid email address, nominate whether they reside in Australia or New Zealand and submit the fully completed entry form.

8.         
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

10.     
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent on Hot Wheels products in excess of AUD$30 or NZD$30 in that transaction); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of five (5) prizes are permitted per person (excluding SA residents).

11.     
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.

12.     
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

13.     
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14.     
Entries will be divided into the following groups based on where the entrant resides: Australia and New Zealand. The first number of entries drawn per group as below will be awarded the corresponding prize for that group. Each prize is valued at AUD$9.50/NZD $10.50. The draw for each group will take place at Mattel Head Office, 658 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121 at 11:00am AEDT on 30/03/2026. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winners will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw. In the event of any ACT winners, their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published at https://shop.mattel.com.au/pages/hotwheelscollectorprogram on 08/04/2026.

15.     
If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the successful winner’s behalf.

16.     
Winners are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.

17.     
If for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

18.     
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

19.     
Total prize pool value in Australia is AUD$9,500 and the total prize pool in
New Zealand is NZD$3,150.  Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

20.     
The prize/s must be claimed by 01/05/2026 (for the original winner/s) and 04/06/2026 (for the winner/s of the unclaimed prize draw, if any). 

21.     
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 04/05/2026 at the same time and place as the original draws, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw. In the event of any ACT winner’s their details (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at  https://shop.mattel.com.au/pages/hotwheelscollectorprogram  on 18/05/2026.

22.     
Entrants
consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

23.     
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, disruptions due to pandemic or related government order, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws
in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.mattel.com/en-us.  In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional,
marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrant may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may disclose entrant’s personal information overseas, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for more details.

27.     
The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law.  Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

5) Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 16+ who attend the event during the Promotional Period. Employees/contractors directly involved in administering the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.

6) How to redeem (Gift with Purchase)

Customers will receive one (1) complimentary limited edition UNO Elite Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix Foil Card (“Gift”) instantly at point of purchase when they, in a single transaction during the Promotional Period at the Location:

(a) spend $50 AUD or more on eligible products; or

(b) purchase any UNO F1 item.

Eligible products: UNO and Hot Wheels F1 branded products sold at the Hot Wheels stand defined by “Official F1 branded packaging”.

7) Limits

Limit of one (1) Gift per person during the Promotional Period. The Promoter may request ID or may use other reasonable means to enforce this limit.

8) Stock limits /
while stocks last

Gifts are strictly limited to 1500. While stocks last. No rainchecks. If the Gift is
unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may, at its discretion, substitute a gift of equal or greater value (or provide no substitute where not reasonably possible), subject to applicable law.

9) Exclusions and spend-calculation rules

Spend threshold is calculated in AUD and includes GST.

The $50 threshold must be met in a single transaction.

The following do/do not count toward the $50 threshold: Any product that is not a Hot Wheels or UNO Official F1 Product.

If a qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled, the Gift must be returned (if requested) or the Promoter may withhold any further Gifts, subject to law.

10) No cash alternative / resale

Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11) Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.

12) General

The Promoter may verify transactions and eligibility.

The Promoter may refuse redemption where it reasonably suspects fraud, tampering, or non-compliance with these Terms.

If the Promotion is interfered with in a way outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
