1) Promoter

2) Promotion
Name: Win 1 of 5 Masters of the Universe Prize Packs (“Promotion”).

3) Promotional Period
Valid from 28 April 2026, 00:00 AEST to 12 May 2026, 23:59 AEST.

4) Location
Available online only at shop.mattel.com.au.

5) Eligibility
Open to Australian residents aged 16+. Employees and contractors directly involved in administering the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.

6) How to Enter
Customers who spend AUD $50 or more in a single transaction on Masters of the Universe products at shop.mattel.com.au during the Promotional Period will be automatically entered into the draw.

Each qualifying transaction constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.

7) Prizes
A total of five (5) prizes are available to be won.

Each prize consists of one (1) Masters of the Universe Prize Pack, valued at over AUD $150, which includes:
• 1 x Masters of the Universe core figurine
• 1 x Masters of the Universe feature figurine
• 1 x Masters of the Universe 2026 Movie Battle Cat figurine

8) Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random on 15 May 2026.

Winners will be contacted via email using the details provided at checkout.

9) Prize Delivery
Prize Packs will be mailed to the winners using the delivery address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their details are correct at the time of purchase.

10) Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

11) Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.

12) General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and transactions.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms.

If the Promotion is disrupted or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in accordance with applicable laws.

Name: Win 1 of 2 Double Passes to the Masters of the Universe Movie ("Promotion").

3) Promotional Period
The Promotion commences on 1 June 2026 at 12:00am AEST and closes on 7 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST ("Promotional Period").

4) Eligibility
The Promotion is open to Australian residents only.

Entrants under 15 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter the Promotion and claim a prize.

Employees and contractors directly involved in administering the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter.

5) How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Complete the competition entry form; and
• Consent to receive marketing communications from Mattel via email.

Each entrant may submit one (1) entry only.

Incomplete, illegible, duplicate or automated entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to being contacted by the Promoter via email for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including notification if they are selected as a winner.

6) Prizes
There are two (2) prizes available to be won.

Each prize consists of one (1) double pass to the Masters of the Universe Movie, valued at AUD $50.

The total prize pool value is AUD $100.

Prizes are awarded in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of publication.

7) Winner Selection and Notification
This Promotion is a game of chance.

Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place at Level 4, 20 Spink Street, Brighton VIC 3186 on Tuesday, 9 June 2026.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within five (5) business days of the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.

8) Prize Delivery
Prizes will be mailed to the winner's nominated Australian postal address via tracked post.

It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure their contact and delivery details are accurate and up to date.

9) Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

Any costs associated with redeeming or using the prize, other than those expressly stated, are the responsibility of the winner.

Double passes may only be redeemed at participating cinemas and are subject to the terms, conditions and expiry dates specified on the tickets.

10) Privacy and Marketing Consent
By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Promotion and providing marketing communications from Mattel.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights a consumer may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
